Otter Coffee

Coffee Brand, Seoul - South Korea

Otter Coffee was developed in Seoul during the global pandemic in 2020, under tight commercial and operational constraints. The brief was to create a distinctive, production-ready brand that could stand out in a saturated café market while remaining simple to roll out across packaging, signage, and small retail footprints. A mascot-led identity was chosen to build instant recognition and support scalable applications, from storefronts to merchandise, without increasing production complexity.
